Race Service

You can book the RideXpower mechanic service at the same time as you book your race bike. The race service is also bookable for your private bike.

You will be allocated your own mechanics team, who will be responsible for your bike throughout the race and who will always be available to support you. We will contact you personally to agree with you the details of your preferred service.

Over 10 years of experience with over 500 race bikes in service assures you highest competence to prepare your race bike.

You concentrate on the race and we care about the rest.

Location of the Race Service

The RideXpower Race Service is located in the Sea to Sky paddock.

Opening hours

  • Race Service opens Monday afternoon to welcome you and for info.
  • Those who participate in the Tuesday and Wednesday Warm Up rides can pick up their bikes from 8:30 am, a mechanics will be available to adjust the bike to your preferences.
  • During the race days from Thursday through Saturday the race service will be available from 7.30 am to 7 pm
  • Please return your bike washed to the service, you will be instructed in the briefing where to washi, we organized washing in walking distance to the RideXpower Race Service.

Management of the service

Payment conditions 

Deposit 200 EUR at booking and the rest 60 days before the race.
